GYM IN THE RESIDENCE! FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, PILATES HIT, HIPOPRESIVOS, BOXING OR HATHA-YOGA

This summer we have a new gym! Now our students can do their cardio or strength training in the residence itself, taking advantage of the equipment we have made available to them. For those who prefer to relax or do abdominal exercises, mats and specific material are also available.
At Camplus Pamplona we always support sports, because we believe it is key for the personal balance of our students, who need to release tension and clear their minds. In addition, physical activity helps improve concentration and academic performance. It is also essential to be healthy and have a good self-esteem. That is why we have included all sports activities in the fee, so that students have free access.
Sport is also an ideal channel for socializing. Organizing different physical activities is a way to promote coexistence among students. Tuesdays are dedicated to Functional Training and Thursdays to Boxing Initiation. On Mondays and Wednesdays you can relax in Hatha-Yoga classes, a very dynamic and attractive yoga concept. We also do pilates, pilates hit and hipopresivos, on Mondays and Wednesdays in the morning and afternoon, so that they can combine it with their class schedules.
