To book a place with us, you must click on one of the following links, choosing the residence you want to book, the type of room and the dates you prefer.
La solicitud de reserva se entenderá formalizada una vez efectuados todos los trámites indicados a continuación:
• Cumplimentar debidamente todos los datos del formulario de reserva.
• Realizar el pago de la reserva por importe de 150 euros (este importe se deduce después del pago total de la fianza, que es de 900 euros).
Una vez recibido el formulario cumplimentado, junto con el pago de 150 euros, desde Camplus te contactaremos a la mayor brevedad posible para confirmar disponibilidad en el tipo de habitación solicitada u ofrecerte otro tipo de habitación en caso de que no tuviéramos plaza en la primera opción elegida.
La reserva tiene validez hasta la fecha que se indique en la confirmación de la reserva, fecha límite para la firma del contrato y para el pago del resto de la fianza (750 euros).
El importe de reserva de 150 euros se devolvería en dos supuestos:
1) En el caso de que desde la residencia no podamos ofrecer disponibilidad en la primera opción de habitación elegida.
2) Que el solicitante finalmente no vaya a estudiar en ciudad elegida inicialmente.
La fianza garantiza que el residente hará un uso responsable de las instalaciones. En el caso de cometer desperfectos, se descontará de la fianza de 900 euros la cantidad que proceda. También implica el compromiso de cumplir la duración total del contrato firmado. En el caso de cancelación anticipada del contrato, el residente pierde el derecho a la devolución del importe de 900 euros.
Si la cancelación se produce por causas graves, imprevisibles y ajenas a la voluntad del residente, se procedería a la devolución de la fianza, para lo cual es necesario acreditar los motivos ante la dirección de la residencia: baja médica, denuncia, etc. Si la causa no queda, a juicio de la dirección, suficientemente justificada, la cancelación de la plaza se considerará voluntaria, y, por tanto, el residente perderá el derecho a la devolución de la fianza.
En circunstancias normales, la fianza se devuelve una vez finalizado el curso académico.
Puedes pagar la fianza con tarjeta o por transferencia bancaria. Las tarjetas permitidas para el pago son VISA o MASTERCARD.
Una vez comenzado el curso, el pago se hará a través de domiciliación bancaria en los cinco primeros días de cada mes.
The reservation request will be considered formalized once all the following formalities have been completed:

Once we receive the completed form, together with the payment of 150 euros, Camplus will contact you as soon as possible to confirm availability in the type of room requested or offer you another type of room in case we do not have a place in the first option chosen.
The reservation is valid until the date indicated in the reservation confirmation, which is the deadline for signing the contract and paying the rest of the deposit (750 euros).
The reserve amount of 150 euros would be returned in two cases:
1) In the event that the residence hall cannot offer availability in the first room option chosen.
2) That the applicant finally does not go to study in the city initially chosen.
The deposit guarantees that the resident will make responsible use of the facilities. In the case of committing damage, the appropriate amount will be deducted from the deposit of 900 euros. It also implies the commitment to fulfill the total duration of the signed contract. In the case of early cancellation of the contract, the resident loses the right to a refund of the amount of 900 euros.
If the cancellation occurs due to serious, unforeseeable causes and beyond the control of the resident, the deposit will be returned, for which it is necessary to prove the reasons to the address of the residence: medical leave, complaint, etc. If the cause is not, in the opinion of the management, sufficiently justified, the cancellation of the place will be considered voluntary, and, therefore, the resident will lose the right to a refund of the deposit.
Under normal circumstances, the deposit is returned once the academic year has finished.
You can pay the deposit by credit card or by bank transfer. The cards allowed for payment are VISA or MASTERCARD.
Once the course has begun, payment will be made by direct debit within the first five days of each month.
