María, our student of the week, wanted to study law: “I like to argue. My father studied law and, although he has not been a lawyer (he is a manager), he has found it very useful. I wanted to complement it with other training, and that’s why I chose the Double Degree in Law and Business Administration”.
For the moment, she is doing very well at UPNA. She has also adapted quickly to the city: “I am very well integrated. We’re a big group in the residence, about 30 of us! And we get along great.
She chose the residency by recommendation: “I came to Pamplona with two friends who are studying medicine. The brother of one of them (three cheers for Diego!) had lived in Camplus. And everyone around me had told me: If you study in Pamplona, you have to go to Camplus! I visited it in the summer and loved it, I didn’t see any more!
His great passion is basketball. It has given her a lot of satisfaction. At first, it was a fun thing to share with her friends. She then took it very seriously. With his team he won the league. Then she was chosen for the national team of La Rioja, and later came the national championships: “Basketball has given me everything. It has allowed me to make friends in Madrid, Castilla La Mancha or Navarra. It has taught me to work as a team. And it has given me discipline, which I have been able to extrapolate to my studies. I face my career with the same seriousness with which I have lived basketball”.
And it continues to do so! She is the captain of the Camplus basketball team. Under his leadership, we reached the Final and won the Trophy!
She is a loving person, especially with her twin sister, who studies in Zaragoza: “We are soul mates, we did everything together, but we knew that it would be good for us to study in different cities…”. She considers herself sociable and cheerful, she loves to socialize! It is also fun and lively. Our super captain!
