Thank you very much for your interest in the reservation process at our residence.
To book a place with us, you must click on one of the following links, choosing the residence you want to book, the type of room and the dates you prefer.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR

The reservation request will be considered formalized once all the following formalities have been completed:

– Fill in all the information on the reservation form.

– Make the reservation payment of 150 euros (this amount is deducted after the total payment of the deposit, which is 900 euros).

Once we receive the completed form, together with the payment of 150 euros, Camplus will contact you as soon as possible to confirm availability in the type of room requested or offer you another type of room in case we do not have a place in the first option chosen.

The reservation is valid until the date indicated in the reservation confirmation, which is the deadline for signing the contract and paying the rest of the deposit (750 euros).

The reserve amount of 150 euros would be returned in two cases:

1) In the event that the residence hall cannot offer availability in the first room option chosen.

2) That the applicant finally does not go to study in the city initially chosen.

The deposit guarantees that the resident will make responsible use of the facilities. In the case of committing damage, the appropriate amount will be deducted from the deposit of 900 euros. It also implies the commitment to fulfill the total duration of the signed contract. In the case of early cancellation of the contract, the resident loses the right to a refund of the amount of 900 euros.

If the cancellation occurs due to serious, unforeseeable causes and beyond the control of the resident, the deposit will be returned, for which it is necessary to prove the reasons to the address of the residence: medical leave, complaint, etc. If the cause is not, in the opinion of the management, sufficiently justified, the cancellation of the place will be considered voluntary, and, therefore, the resident will lose the right to a refund of the deposit.

Under normal circumstances, the deposit is returned once the academic year has finished.

You can pay the deposit by credit card or by bank transfer. The cards allowed for payment are VISA or MASTERCARD.

Once the course has begun, payment will be made by direct debit within the first five days of each month.
